If you want rude, unprofessional service, than Millbrook Family Eyecare is the place for you! This place has gone downhill since Dr. Peryea took it over. His staff and himself are the most discourteous, incompetent nasty people I have ever encountered. I have been a patient here along with my family for the past 15 years and have always had the best experiences with the former Dr. Krall and Dr. Brandon. I will never step foot in the office again. I went to them over a month ago, yeah my glasses came in quickly but I’m still waiting on my contacts I have called twice so far and asked about them and twice I was told the would call me back and still haven’t!!! This is terrible service
they are very fast and the staff is very accommodating.
The workers were very nice and the doctor explained everything to me the doctor is really friendly and very professional I would recommend Family Eye Care to my friends and family
First time here....excellent staff and facility...they treated me like I was the only patient in the office!
Always courteous and thorough. I rarely have to wait. They picked up on the freckle in the back of my eye changing a little and went the extra mile to arrange a referral with a specialist. I feel secure now as I get monitored by a top rate specialist every few months.
I drove 40 minutes to my appt for 2 of my kids to be told they didn't have me in the system and this isn't the first scheduling issue I've had here with them, another time I had a sat appt and they called me just as I was leaving to go to the appt to tell me our insurance no longer does sat appts they are terrible make sure you confirm your appt before you leave, dr is good though. unfortunately I'm stuck coming here for my kids because no one else takes their insurance.
