After a miscommunication with the office staff resulting in frustration on my part, Jay (the owner) called me personally to address my concerns and came out immediately to do a consultation. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous (even encouraging me to explore his competitors!) I was pleasantly surprised by this turnaround after getting started off on the wrong foot (due to the above mentioned miscommunication). I look forward to continuing work with Millas Heating & Cooling.
