it's the only hospital we have something are good and something are not we had both ways
Sara Alto is completely unprofessional. Does as little as possible and pawns me off on other providers when its way out of their scope of practice. United Ambulance Home Visit Program cant address a possible medication reaction. Sara Alto got called on her falsifying medical records and to properly document my medical records. She not only ignored the comment, she turned around and started to get condescending with myself and two other witnesses in the room. long wait periods, no call back from nurses, wont give test results from associates because they would be responsiable for your health.. what is that!!!!!!!! I have never heard of such a thing. I thought if your with another doc in a group they could at least give you your results with out worries of having to take care of you as a patient. make you want to go somewhere else
Dr. White is a great doctor. He shows true care in each of his patients and does everything to make sure they are treated the best way possible!!!
I hate going here if you have chronic pain they don't care they would rather you treat your self on the streets or with alcohol not only that I have to see a doctor that fired me more less calling me a pill head when the Pharmcy called him and counseling assc. And explained what happen I am a heart patient who uses oxygen and I guess I will have to take my chances at another hospital
The people that work here are really wonderful, they are attentive, kind and helpful! I am grateful for all the help I've gotten there, really great people!
Don't expect to be treated, or well for that matter. The nurse practitioners- specifically Sara Alto, do as little as possible. You are a lab value. I've lost 41 lbs on my own and still get crap for weight. My needs haven't been addressed; had to go to ER for things that could have been taken care of with an office visit. Having a hysterectomy next week that I was told was just thyroid related ( abdominal pain and gas). I'm well versed in medical,issues, having been in nursing myself and a degree in human bio and illness.
I saw him this morning for antibotics. He was a very rude and hateful attitude with me. I asked for antibotics and he looked at me and said what makes you decide what you need. Am I not a doctor? I said im not disrespecting you at all. Im just saying it helps me. He got very upset and said ok if thats what you want then go get it. Im just a dr. I said if I dont need that you shouldt precribe that.. ohhh no. Go get it. Just want you to know what millard henry clinic allows for their patients
The experience with certain staff following through for the doctors is often nonexistent leading to ineffective care at times for patients
