I recently needed to store my RV in Evansville and Mill Road Storage went out of their way to be accommodating for me. After first using the services of the “Public Storage” down the road, who tried to rent me a spot outside of their fenced in area, I refused to leave my RV unsecured. When I refused their service they would not refund me and sent collections after me when I charged back their fee for something I never used. The owner of this storage facility made it so easy when it came time for us to put our stuff in storage. The process of packing and moving is stressful enough without having to worry about your belongings being safe. Mike met us out there gave us our code to get in and had the locks we needed. He is definitely a man who understands what it means to be a small town business owner, instead of jacking up the price he gave us a deal. He is an honest business owner and someone I will go to 1st if I ever need storage again.
Excellent and thoughtful service from top employees down! Facility ifs clean and well maintained. Excited to see the new expansion in process for more sizes and availability.
