Full disclosure: we have never used this clinic, but we would never based on the experiences we’ve had. I am the director of a 501c3 animal rescue and we had a foster that lived over an hour from us, so we made an appointment with her vet for her convenience. Immediately from calling to make the appointment, the customer service was lacking. Their office manager’s biggest concern was who was paying the bill. In our hopes of not confusing who actually had the pet we put the pet foster as the owner with a comment the bills would come to you. RecommendedI have used this vet for 15 years plus. I recommend them. they take alot of time with your pet pre covid. and in covid they are trying to still see your pets and keep the staff and animal owners safe.
Due to Covid we had Curbside service with a smile. The whole experience was well-organized and very quick. We are ready for summer!
Everyone is so very nice. They go the extra mile. They explain things very well. The doctor takes his time with you and your fur baby. Thank you Mill Pond Animal Hospital.

Nice staff and they are not just there to make money. I have taken all of my animals (and fosters) there for over a decade now when our last vet retired.
Really disappointed in Millpond Animal Hospital, called to get some medicine for my doodles stinky ears (something he’s been seen for there in the past) and while most people are encouraging social distancing, Mill Pond wants me to bring him in for an exam. I am completely uncomfortable in doing so as most businesses are trying to limit face-to-face exposures.
