it is like heaven on earth. The peaceful view, the large spacious balcanies and the sence of community within the appartment complex itself all make living here such an irresistable joy.
I can't imagine a better place to live! My huge deck overlooks Mill Creek and I can hear the waves washing up on Buckroe Beach! Daily, you get to see the migrating ducks or geese come flying overhead, in formation, along with all the other wildlife that our wonderful God created! It just doesn't get any better than this! The most beautiful sunsets that anyone could ask for!

Really terrific apartment complex. Being new to the area the office staff was exceptional in making sure my move went smoothly. Our 1st maintenance request was answered tremendously promptly. Plus the views of the Bay, nice living space, and being a block away from Buckroe beach doesn't hurt either.
This apartment is great!!!!! The view from the huge patio window is awesome!!!! There is always some wildlife to look at. Jenn in the office is amazing!!!! She knows everything and is always on top of everything!! George is great at fixing anything you need as quick as possible. The community is quite and it is a very peaceful place to live. This place is amazing!!!! We wanted to be on the water. When we saw these apartments we decided it was worth the commute to Va Beach for work. It is so quiet and peaceful with a amazing view. The staff has been wonderful and filled every service request quickly and efficiently. I have been very impressed and believe me that does not happen. Just moved in in October and I love it already! The people are nice and the scenery , well the sunsets from our porches( decks) are awesome! Can't wait til warm weather rolls back around and I can walk right over to the beach:) life is always better at the beach!!
