Made an appointment for service a week out. 45 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start I called and asked where the tech was. Was told that he would not be able to make it for another 1.25 hours. For customer service I suggested that they might call their customers if the tech is going to be late or not make a scheduled appointment and was told that they are too busy and that I should expect to wait.
