Mill creek Heating has been my primary heating and cooling specialist for more than 10 years and I can only speak the very best about them. They have great customer service and they always complete their work at the highest level of quality.

Had Mill Creek Heating out today, July 3rd, 17 and Michael Garmon was our service technician. He was very polite, informative, and got straight to work on the problem. He replaced a heat pump fan motor for me, among other things and my system is doing better! He even had the correct motor on his van when he showed up without knowing he would need to replace one! Great customer service, polite, and good work. I highly recommend and WILL recommend them to everyone. Thank you!
These folks ROCK!!! Bought a new house where they installed the hvac... they have been super responsive and timely and always professional - more than that - pleasant! Thumbs up!!!

We recently moved to Salem just in time for a particularly hard winter with very cold temperatures. When we started having furnace trouble in the first week of 2017, we asked a trusted friend and long time local who we should call. They said "Mill Creek Heating will take care of you." They were absolutely right. Our furnace stopped working late on a Friday with temperatures dropping below freezing. These guys rock. My heat stopped working in the last snow/ice storm and my house was freezing. I called them and that day my furnace was up and going. They also saved me $1000 from what I was quoted by other people. They were very busy but when the heard that I had 4 kids and one of which is a very small baby, they said they would take care of me. We had a furnace outage, including smoke in the home with the associated alarms. We called the company that we knew had been servicing our equipment for years. Though John arrived a little later than expected, we were very happy with the outcome and it was well worth the wait! John effected a repair where some shops might have done a Remove and Replace of a part. We have used Mill Creek from the start with our home. It has been the right choice to make!
