I'm a coffee fanatic and travel all over the US for business and seek out local coffee shops. This is one of the best I have been to. The least acidic blends ever and a great flavor! You can taste what they say is in there which isn't always the case. You should seek these guys out!

The Mill is a classic if you are from Lincoln or generally a 50 mile radius. I will say though, I drink my coffee black and they are lacking on taste when it comes to that...I still go here though!

Excellent coffee and tea, and the best atmosphere in town.
Had a Great Cappuccino while catching up with an old friend...atmosphere is casual and chocolate Covered Coffee Beans are fabulous.
Dan and Tamara are the best. I ship it to Kansas City.
Love the variety of teas and coffees, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff were helpful and fun!
I am from Omaha so I do not get to the Haymarket like I want, but when I do, I make The Mill one of my stops. Staff is always friendly and the coffee is super. I am friends with Genevieve Randall, and this week made it a point to see her NET Radio Friday Live show. Wish you could hear the show better, but that is what you get when The Mill is a popular place.
