Best lattes in the world Milkboy is an all-ages venue that hosts lots of live music - acoustic and otherwise - and hosts art showings. They also serve up some of the tastiest lattes around, and have a fairly extensive breakfast and lunch menu that incorporates lots of fresh, local, and organic ingredients.
I really enjoy the shows here It's a really intimate setting to see bands...you sit pretty close to them, and the stage isn't really a "stage" so much as a slightly raised area. The acoustics are good, as are the coffee drinks. I guess it's all-ages, since every time I've seen a band here, there's a couple teens in the audience. Parking can be tough, since it's in Ardmore, but I usually find street parking on Cricket, and there's a lot a couple blocks down the street from Milkboy.
It's not The Point It's not The Point, but it's a good effort. This is a nice place to relax, hear local music in a small, intimate coffee house setting. You're sure to be turned on to a new musician you've never heard of before and you can even get a bite to eat while doing it.
Great Coffee, Cool Shop I live right next door to Milkboy in Ardmore, and although I am trying to save money and make coffee at home, their coffee is a real treat!! They also have delicious breakfast and lunch options. Additionally, there are always cool bands playing there and awesome artwork displayed on the walls. They also have free wifi and outdoor seating when it's nice - you really can't go wrong here!

Fine for coffee but not on a Sunday They have a horrible kids sing-along far too frequently. It drives away anyone hoping for a nice quiet cup of coffee, or a peaceful bite to eat or pleasant conversation. In fact, they all but throw you out if you're unwilling to cough up the $10 to sit through the torture.
