I have loved using ERA as my property manager(s) over the past 4 years. Michaella has worked very hard to get the rent that is due from the tenants. Calls and/or emails when ever there is problem. Always calls back within a timely manner when I have questions about the tenants. They have always been very professional towards me and my husband. My husband also bought the house from Joy Cooper in 2007 and had nothing but positive things to say. If we ever rent our house out again or sell it, we will be using ERA, and hopefully... read more
