My experience with this company has been great up until a month and some change ago. I have one of their rentals they manage in White Oak. Over a month ago my oven locked open disabling all features and functionality. They tasked this to Batton Appliances who set a appointment for a week later and ever since then I have got the run around the same company was supposed to fix my washer machine but they have been waiting on that part for over 2 months.
