I love this Realty. Ginny Jacobs is very organized and efficient. I appreciate all she's done for me in getting my offer out quick and educating me on buying a home. I recommend her and will definitely call her in the future.
I would love to give ERA a higher rating. First of all though, since my fiancée and I are renting a home and ERA is the property manager, we have not had the best experiences. Follow-up is not one of their strong points. A specific example is that we have been living without A/C since Thursday, August 13th and have asked numerous times to have it fixed. I'm sure most people would agree that it isn't fun or safe to be in a house where the thermostat is reading in the 90's!!!!!
