We had a new water heater installed and the water temperature is terrible. The water is warm, but not hot and barely lasts. I also asked for an itemized receipt from the technician and manager, only to be ignored by both. The lack of transparency concerning what I paid for is making me feel overcharged.
We just had our yearly maintenance. Jacob did a fantastic job and gave us some valuable tips and helpful information that undoubtedly will save us money in the long run. He was not only helpful but was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
