Recommended5 stars this was the 2nd time I been there first time emergency for my service dog he hurt his hip he was there for a week in ICU. you're staff is wonderful. my second time was for my 1 year old cat transferred from regular vet he was in ICU for a week he had emergency surgery too. the staff and vets always kept me posted on them and visiting hrs were wonderful. Dr Lehr did an amazing job on kitty Pudge, surgery performed to remove his eye from skin CA,everyone was very professional and kind,thank you.
Worst experience ever. Brought dog in for lump and coutney s. Said it was probably cancer and tail would probably have to be amputated. Waited 3 hrs for 10 min visit. Took her elsewhere. They gave her a shot. Lump going away. No cancer. No amputation. Been going there 9 yrs. Dr consigli great but will never return afyer seeing her on an emergency visit
My bunny was treated with great compassion, the staff understands how important pets are in my life. There are others in this world, that don’t understand the importance of pets in our lives, but QVC gets it.

We had to take our puppy, Whiskey, to the clinic this evening because we believe she swallowed a squeaker from a toy. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so kind and patient with us. Whiskey can be very shy and timid, but she warmed right up to everyone! It helped that the staff was all very understanding of her temperament and willing to take things slow to make sure she was comfortable.
They are awesome took my dog in right away for an emergency and kept in contact with me also sent me a picture the next morning. I would highly recommended them
I love the vets themselves but recently had to have 2 pets hospitalized in last 3 mos. I couldnt afford the bill up front. Both pets totaled about $5k. I got the impression the money was more important than my pet. I only pray I do not need a return visit as I heard them state any future visits must be paid in full. Also when visiting our pet, another patient had 2 techs come over and before even discussing their pets condition they wanted to be sure credit paperwork was filled out first.
