This place is a joke.....two hours til I actually filled paper work out and 45 min to see doctor and get x rays....that's weird.....I wont return I tried to stay in town but I will choose a hospital and a drive
I really wish that there was a more negative option. I walked in this morning at 10 minutes to 9. Sorry we aren't open sign in Ill be with you in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later. I asked if she needed anything else. Who are you you didn't sign in. Um yes I did at 850. Oh you were supposed to sign on line 19 not on line 1 sign in .Ok do you suffer from dementia there are 4 people in the waitimg room you spoke to me Ill be with you in 10 minutes.....I just walked out lets not forget the Dr didn't walk in until 915...
Waited 2+ hours only to have receptionist start calling in people who came in after us. Very disorganized & extremely slow patient turnaround times. At one point there were 2 people waiting and I heard the receptionist tell people coming in there was a 3 hour wait....unbelievable!
Awful awful place, very poor practice. In 5 minutes I was told I had pinkeye by the nurse and was told the dr would be right in. He came in and handed me prescriptions. As it got worse and worse I went to an eye doctor. Come to find out if he even looked at my eye he could hAve seen my eye was full of metal fragments!
