Everyone was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful , especially Stephanie Havens. I specifically asked for her because she was very helpful last year when my husband purchased is frontier truck.

Cord did an amazing job. He was thorough and made sure the repairs needed were taken care of. We were so happy to see that Cord was at the Holly Springs location as he helped us at a previous location. We knew we could trust him with our vehicle. Cord went above and beyond making sure the repairs were covered under our Carmax warranty, which we know is a pain to deal with, bought he went to bat and came out helping us greatly!

Better than the last time but still a way to go. Had an oil change and tires rotated. The morning after I get a low tire pressure warning, 26 psi.. Obviously the pressure was not checked when the tires were rotated.

Everyone needs to be on their a game when buying a car from any dealership. Their job is to give you the least amount for your trade and get you to pay the most for their vehicle. A dealer discount was taken away from me to pretend that I was given more for my trade. That is sneaky and deceitful. The price they sold me the truck did not match the price advertised on their website.
