Me personally, I wouldnt recommend living here.There are roaches and the elevator breaks every other month. It's right next to alleyway where a bunch of cracks heads are. Our dishwasher is clogged and even after calling to get it fixed a week ago it still hasn't been. But it's in a nice place to walk around and access a lot of places downtown.
Do not live here! I experienced the most ridiculous issue during my lease. They lost my spare key and had to break into my apartment while I was out of town for maintenance, and left my apartment door OPEN and UNLOCKED for 6 days until my neighbors called to do a welfare check. When I called to complain they didn't even lock it until a day later. Not to mention there were homeless people who could easily get in that were found in the stairway on multiple occasions.
