Always a great local staple. Been coming here for decades, and always stop in when visiting Sioux City. Just had a couple Charlie Boys, descent, but wish they put more pepper in the meat like the good ol' days. That's what I always enjoyed, the peppery Charlie Boys. But now they're so mild, kind of like any other loose meat sandwich.
For the world-famous Charlie Boy spicy loose meat sandwich.
Bartender was crazy busy, by herself, but she attended to everyone who came in. She is amazing! Wish I knew her name.
