My husband is a patient here and I accompany him. Appointments are convenient, the staff is welcoming and actually spend time speaking with us. If we call with questions, we usually receive a call back within two working days if not sooner. They also work with our insurance and we have had no problems.
I have a patient with Dr. Browns office for 9 months. I receive injections in all my joints for my arthritis. This man-Doctor is so gentle with injections. He is the only doctor allowed to do injections on me. Shannon Bock is also an amazing PA. Both of these providers are patient understanding and they truly care about their patients. Are there laws/rules to follow, yup. However if you are truly hurting, in pain and willing to what it takes to ease your pain, you will follow the laws set by the CO government.
