The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and happy to show me anything I needed or wanted to know.
Excellent service. The representative went right to work and check all aspects of the HVAC system to insure everything was operational for a new tenant. This was all done at fair price.
We had an excellent experience with Milano Mechanical. We hired them to install a heat pump water heater. Dan, the owner, came on time and gave a very reasonable estimate. He took time to check everything and sent us the estimate quickly. He and his employees came on time and did the work well. They were clean and also friendly and polite. Ryan and Christian visited to evaluate the HVAC duct system and were very knowledgeable. Even volunteered to clear out some old ducts while there!
Excellent service, crew and results. We highly recommend Milano Mechanical! We had our entire HVAC system (heater, ducts and AC unit) removed and mini splits put throughout our 3 level house. It was a big job, but definitely worth it and we are looking forward to having a warm house this winter.
