For over 20 years, I have shopped at Milano’s. As a watch enthusiast, I have purchased several watches from Milano’s. They always have a variety to choose from and typically, if I just went in for a replacement battery, I inevitably walked out with a new watch to add to my collection. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable on all of my jewelry needs.

As usual I get personal treatment and the best prices.
I brought a broken chain into the store to be repaired. The person that took the chain was very knowledgeable and actually gave me a couple of choices with different pricing. The chain was meant to be repaired the next week and I was emailed that it was ready the next day. The repair was seamless, reasonably priced and the staff was great. It’s a recommend from me. I will definitely go back.
