Horrible Horrible establishment! I went last week, and they did not engage in any conversation whatsoever, cut my hands multiple times and ruined my cuticles. To top it all off, my gel X nails came off less than a week after having them. I have gotten Gel X many times before, and they always last 3+ weeks. It was $80, which is pricey for Gel X, considering I’ve never paid more than $70 with tip and with a difficult design (while these nails were just French white tip). Been coming here since 2019, I love Tina and the staff. Everyone is professional, polite and courteous. I am in love with how they refreshed and redecorated the salon! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to get your nails done, you love a natural nail and want fair pricing - I would recommend. Tell Tina what you’re looking for and she’ll match you with the best tech for the job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst Nail appointment of my entire life. Nails are uneven, differently colored, different lengths and I left there crying cause my nails have never been this ugly. I am a retired nail tech and the service was absolutely horrible too. I’m a very nice person and I told the lady doing my feet that I was unhappy with the color and they were being very rude about it, I said it didn’t look like it did on the fake nail, They said, but it’s the one you picked.
