I had them remove gel nails and apply a basic coat of nail polish. The girl who did my manicure was wearing glasses and did not listen to me when I told her she was hurting my nail beds as she used an electric drill to remove the gel. She also kept getting polish in my cuticles and did not remove it when I asked her to (she made an attempt and just wasn’t able to do it) very sloppy! This is a really clean, professional place and everyone is really nice and great at what they do! Super fast, clean work and reasonable pricing. They do great nail art too!

Very upset that my birthday was ruined over a poor experience over price. I brought my daughters in and was told by the gentleman $60 for both girls to get pedicures. One tech tried to upsell us to gel polish where I repeatedly said no, I said I want nothing extra and want the price to be $60. I reiterated it several times until she yelled back “ok this is regular!” I was told the green bucket contained gel and to put it down and the swatch in her hand was regular. Too expensive for poor, careless service. Came for gel mani because of a broken nail. Not my usual place. They cut everything way too short - not just shorter to match the broken nail. No one came and looked at my nails after the final gel curing. Totally uneven top coat. Would have asked them to fix it but no one would look at me after I was done.
