Everytime I come to this location and this location only, I have issues. I drive 2.5 hours one way to come here and every single time, Charlene wants to do “test spots” and wait 72 hours when i’ve purposely not been going in the sun all year and after telling them 3 times over phone/text that i’ve had no recent sun exposure. I’ve been turned away for scheduled treatments driving 5 hours in one day for no reason, they’re also booked 6 weeks in advance so no one’s coming back after 72 hours to have their test spots checked.
