Lousy service Terrible experience. Tried to order a watch from them, and waited days for a response. After several emails, they finally got back to me and said they would send me the watch. Waited patiently several weeks, with no tracking information or expectation of ever receiving it. I ended up having to go through a recovery process to get my money back, with not so much as an apology. Never again!!

Custom pieces They were excellent in creating a special one of a kind piece for my wife's 45th birthday. They were able to create the piece in less then 7 working days. Excellent staff to work with.
