My father passed away and work sent me flowers. For whatever reason the delivery person set them on our side porch which isn’t wind protected rather than our covered front porch and they got tipped over, drained of all water and card was soaked. I called to let them know and they said they’d send another…this didn’t happen. It was a little disappointing at a time like this.
Ordered a specific product and something completely different was delivered. Very disappointing. I was not even notified that something different was being sent! Will never order from here again! Ordered peach roses, lillies and carnations in a painted blossoms cube. They delivered a clear, plain vase with sunflowers, red roses and a mixture of other stuff. NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED!
