We provided clear photos of our stuck semi truck with a trailer, yet they showed up completely unprepared—with nothing more than a Dodge Ram 2500, clearly incapable of handling the job. Absolute scam. Had a problem, they came out to "fix" it, then said they would follow up. After 6 missed calls, 2 voice-mail, and texts, no response. Avoid this place at all costs.
