Management is horrible. Will just scream and yell at you when you have an issue. Everything is your fault nothing is their problem. Brandon specifically. Horrible
Location is great, there’s an HEB right down the road ! And pricing is very affordable
Moving here has been such a great decision. My apartment is beautiful, the neighbors are kind, and the staff and Manager, Brandon genuinely care about the residents. It really feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. Super happy with Milan!

Worse place I have ever rented front. Every thing about this apartment complex is horrible. They have a bad internet service that doesn’t work and your paying extra money for a service that doesn’t work and always having some type of problem with connection and not being compatible with apps you pay for. There’s a lot of crime here Major Alert brake in and police always being called out due to safety concerns. The Front office does not handle your concerns if brought to there attention.
