No recomiendo este condominio ya que aparte que de noche está totalmente oscuro, a mi mujer le han abierto 2 carros y le han partido los vidrios para intentar robárselos y nadie se responsabiliza por nada, no te dan razón de nada!! No lo recomiendo por nada en absoluto!
Absolutely disgusting! If you read below you can find the many things that are wrong with this place, but I will focus this review on the apartment office staff and the awful internet they're forcing us to pay for. On my lease renewal we were forced an additional fee of 70$ a month for this internet provider called Aerwave (this is mandatory and you can't opt out). Lived here 3 months and my car was stolen and broken into two separate occasions. No cameras or working gate. I'm a very understandable tenant. I give a lot of slack due to the low cost, but this has cost me a lot of money personally.
Not a safe apartment complex to live in, too many robberies goin on. We got robbed in the middle of the day at the parking lot,same to what happened to our neighbor who got robbed 3 times already at the same parking area. Still the management didn't do anything. The gate stays open 24/7 and no security cameras anywhere. Also it is roach infested. I wouldn't recommend this apt.complex to anyone.
Do not live here! They are very unprofessional! They do not know how to handle their attitudes with tenants with dealing with complaints! They don’t take it as serious because they do not live here! They do not respond to emails/ texts or calls. They will text you immediately if something needs to get paid tho. They do not address serious issues fast enough.
