Not a safe apartment complex to live in, too many robberies goin on. We got robbed in the middle of the day at the parking lot,same to what happened to our neighbor who got robbed 3 times already at the same parking area. Still the management didn't do anything. The gate stays open 24/7 and no security cameras anywhere. Also it is roach infested. I wouldn't recommend this apt.complex to anyone.
Do not live here! They are very unprofessional! They do not know how to handle their attitudes with tenants with dealing with complaints! They don’t take it as serious because they do not live here! They do not respond to emails/ texts or calls. They will text you immediately if something needs to get paid tho. They do not address serious issues fast enough. My girlfriend moved in here 6 months ago and it’s probably the worst place I’ve lived in Austin. Both our cars were broken into and vandalized within the first month. They have ZERO security measures. Gates been non functional from the day we moved in. Management gave no Care whatsoever. When we spoke to our neighbors, it seems like it’s normal in here. Find somewhere else l. I wish I could afford the cancellation fee and penalties so I can fund somewhere else.
My experience living in these apartments over the past year has been great overall. One thing to be careful about is parking—make sure to get your car registered. I had mine towed once because I missed an email to register. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a reasonable time, which I really appreciate. Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. Residents are being forced to use an overpriced and unreliable internet service (Aerwave) with no alternative options allowed—even though faster, cheaper providers like Spectrum are available in the area. This is a clear case of monopoly enforcement within the building. The internet is frequently slow, unstable, and absolutely not worth the $70/month.
