Dr. Serrano is the most fastidious, caring, and empathetic dentist that I have seen in the last 40 years! She & her staff are extremely proficient and helpful. I have been treated by her for periodontal work, for semi annual cleanings, and for tooth removals and bone grafts. Her work is impeccable. She has called me at home following many procedures to check on me and to offer advice. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
