I am not someone who gets my nails done frequently. But when I di I love coming to the Mila Nail Bar. I had a small mishap with communicating with a male technician. It was a small request to adjust cuticle on one nail. Management came to speak with my sister and me. All I can say is Jessica truly made my day! She understood exactly what happened, explained it to management, and took ownership over my nails. She fixed my nails after finishing my sister's nails. She turned my silent frown upside down.
