Excellent staff (esp. Nicole), well kept property, great floorplans with lots of upgrades (countertops, appliances, tile), and conveniently located near the Turnpike, I95, Aventura, and Hallandale Beach. We're happy residents!
I live at Mila and went to the gym this morning. After leaving, I realized I forgot my beats at the gym and went back to retrieve them. After not finding them, I went to the front desk asking if someone turned them in, turns out someone did. This is such a great community that I don’t have to worry about my belongings being stolen. My neighbors are respectful and friendly. I love living here at Mila
I loved MILA , I am on waiting list but it is OK... I will wait until my beautiful apartment will be ready, maybe 2 months or more !! Thanks Ivonne for your help in the application process.
From the incredible apartment to the amazing staff... this has to be the best place to live. Im so in love with my new home. You cant help but to fall in love as soon as you step foot onto the property. I recommend Mila Luxary Apartments to EVERYONE i know.
