Beautiful but authorities there because of problems and pool area people too loud and playing too rough in the pool disregarding other people there. I would not recommend anyone to move there

Very bad experience with the complex on yesterday. My kids witness racism in 2018 with the security and management.
We had an appointment for viewing the apartment, arrived at the time, but they refused to show the apartment citing the rain which was almost nonexistent! They say you can try to come in another day! It was clear that it was laziness. UNPROFESSIONAL!
No everything that you see it's how look like !!! Beautiful condos no matter now turns to be the worst and unsafe home after the first 2 years nice and peaceful now everyday we listen fights on the parking lot !!! Big party's and people smoking pot!!!! No good for children it's expensive and if you have a complain like the ones I mention they tell you call the police � or make a report but they don't take place and correct the people that don't respect others ,, think twice before moving here
I've been living here since they opened and haven't had any issues. The place is nice, the staff is excellent. Yes, there's changes being made like any other apartment building but it's moving in the right direction. When you rate an apartment building don't include parking, noise and security because break ins happen in the best communities. No one is exempt. That is what your car and renters insurance is for.
