My wife and I went for haircuts, we were new clients. We received a very professional double sized post card in the mail. The location was particularly nice so we expected a high level of service and a bit of class. We were extremely disappointed. No offer of water, no magazines in waiting area, a display of Moroccan hair products, which was advertised, completely empty.
