This company sells quality golf carts. However, their post sale and warranty service is horrendous. I have a three year old golf cart where the battery is not holding a charge and is under warranty. I called in on 4/7/25 and requested service. I was told that they would write up a ticket and that they were about two weeks out for service and they would contact me. Horrible service. I bought a new cart. Was forced into the extended warranty. Three weeks after I bought it there was an apparent alignment issue. They’ve had my cart for 2 weeks and haven’t even looked at it. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers. Finally Murfreesboro answered and told me my cart went there. I demanded a refund! Still ZERO response from anyone! DO NOT BUY HERE! They’ve ruined my summer!
We had a great experience with Rex. We were shopping for my son a golf cart and they worked with us to find the right fit. Mrs. Brownlee was great and I would certainly recommend shopping with them.
Rex gave us a great experience right from the start. We were very pleased with the inventory We bought exactly what we were looking for and he was very accommodating. We left with all our needs met. Great place to do business with!!
