Great work! – Took my car in for diagnosis of stereo system not knowing what to expect because it didn't sound right. When they got back to me Mike explained that my unit is shot (its the reason why stations keep coming in and out and a lot of distortions) and that whoever installed the unit did not do a good of installing it. Best Customer Service and Professional Installer – I've been searching for a good price for car stereo installation. Found this place close to my store and seen the reviews. I was a little skeptical about trying to have my system install in a small company. But after I went there, the sales person and installers are very professional. And they did an excellent job. Definitely would recommend any one who want the job done the 1st time.
Excellent Customer Service! – I have searched and shopped several stereo stores in the Sacramento County to see who was the most experienced/knowledgeable to install a sound system on my 2009 BMW R1200RT. I am elated that I chose Mike's to do the job. Great Customer Experience! – I had a great experience with this business. I had them install a double din stereo in my new car. They beat quotes from Best Buy and other, larger installers in the area. The first unit they put in (JVC) turned out to be defective. They upgraded me to an even better Kenwood unit at no additional cost. I made a quick trip back and they swapped out the loaner head unit for the Kenwood in less than an hour and I was on my way.
