Best Shop around! As a law enforcement officer I want a shop that I can trust with my vehicle and personal information. These guys are that. they are very reliable and get the job done right. they do fantastic work . They have worked on three of my vehicles and I have been completely satisfied! great prices, great equipment and great work!
Mike and Mark and the whole sound solutions gang were wonderful!!!!!!! I called with an alarm emergency re: my van and an accident that rendered it useless. Mike was ill, still answered his cell phone and coordinated a time slot for me with Mark. In minutes they had it fixed. At my request they added power door feature, gave me a discount and had me back on the road quickly. Efficient, friendly, professional..the way "people" should run a business.

Excellent Customer Service – I was really impressed by my experience here. Last Spring I bought a stereo from Mike's shop and had it installed in my car. Unfortunately, a problem arose later that year and I brought my car in. Not only were they more than happy to take a look at my car, for free, but they fixed the problem that day and promised me free labor on that part for life. What a deal! Serious Customer Service – The shop's name reflects the way the guys take care of business. Mike spent time asking what was important to me vs. trying to sell me the latest gadgets. When I had various operating issues between my iPhone and the unit, 3 different staff worked me 3 different times to find "a solution". best stereo shop in Sacramento county – Mikes is the best shop around, he has something for everyone and every budget. The people in the shop are friendly and do wonderful work. Louis is a master box maker, he doubled the bass in my car with his box. Mikes has the right products for the right price.
Elk Grove's Finest – I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, the product lines were everything I was looking for, installation was completed on time as promised, installation was very clean, the custom built console gets a lot of attention at car shows. I do tell everybody where I bought and had the system installed. Keep up the good work!
Great place!! – I am delighted with this place. Bought a 2010 Fleetwood Sprinter RV and the sound system was so horrible I wouldn't even turn it on. I went in to Mike's Sound Solutions and talked with Mark. He actually went with me to my storage to see my RV and to listen to the system that came in my rig. Best audio in town! – Went in to install auto start and power locks..incredible prices and the best service! While I was there, I saw a kid come in with his craigs list ads looking for advice on power amps. Not only did they offer to install it and give him expert advice, they gave him a deal on new equipment that beat Craigs list ads for used merchandise! Wow! jimk
