**NO STARS!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!!**Misrepresented work time, Changed contract agreement ******* JOB to suit themselves/avoid finishing, DAMAGED PROPERTY- They do NOT know their equipment--got truck stuck in my yard--did NOT finish job, left HUGE tire tracks in lawn 40 feet long & 15 inches deep plus tire tracks is 3 other areas of yard deep, but not long. Mikes' Professional Tree Service - took a tree down from a neighbors yard. They did damage to my new storm door and the front of my house. They trashed my flower beds in front of my house. They took my full garbage can from in front of my house and put it on a neighbor's property two houses down and the police had to get them to move it back onto my property, to which they put it directly behind my car so that I had to move it to leave my driveway. In our experience, this company's business practices need to be improved. We were quoted one price in writing and following work completion, we were told to pay extra. When we disagreed as changes had not been discussed prior to work being done, they resorted to bullying tactics (ex. dumping tree debris on lawn and later **** said he would place a mechanics lien on property if we didn't pay the extra). I called and the next day Mike was at my home with an estimate. I needed three trees trimmed back away from the house. I asked when it could be done and I had an appointment within a couple days! The workers arrived promptly were very efficient, explaining what they were going to do. They were very careful around the property and cleaned up everything. They did an excellent job.

NEVER USE MIKE'S PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE. Zero customer service, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, unreliable, no communication skills, lack of respect, poor listening skills... Service was not what was promised or what I expected. The owner shown up rapidly to quote a service to remove a tree (not a damaged tree - needed it taken down to put up a fence), and *****. They came on the day promised and cut down the tree, 2 very nice men. The problem came the next day for the ***** drilling. He also came on time but that is the only positive thing I can say. His machine to drill did damage to my neighbors lawn, which I felt had to be repaired (my landscaper did the repair for $100.00). When the fence co... read more

Threaten me and make a homophobic comment, he is a terrible person, beyond belief. I asked him to never come on my property again and sure enough he come on to my porch no mask, and full of anger of a voice message I left the day before. I did apologize for the message but was very disappointed that he did not show up as promised. Please watch out for this guy.
