PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, DETAIL ORIENTED! – I called for a quote to remove one big tree, and Mike came out the very next morning at 7am. After consulting with me, we agreed to remove *13* trees. His price was very attractive, and not much more than others quotes for just the single monster tree. We shook hands, and he didn't want any money until the work was done to our satisfaction. Very happy customers - Happy we went with them. – Had contacted another company prior to contacting Mike's and they were supposed to come on a Wednesday morning at 7am and then after waiting 2 hours we finally called the company and were informed that they were not coming and could not make it out to our house for another week and a half. review for Mike's professional tree service – Hired Mike to remove 1 huge oak from by backyard, which had no access except through a gate. Mikes' price was not only reasonable but fair. His guys were in and out in a matter of 4 hours and when they left there wasn't so much as a leaf left on the ground. Workers very courteous and professional. Excellent in every respect...very pleased customer – We had used Mike's Professional Tree Service for a small job many years ago...and we had a very good experience... This past week, we hired Mike's team to do a bigger job...trees removed on Saturday, wood removed on Monday, stump grinding done on Tuesday, exactly as promised. Crew was skilled, careful and polite. SMALL MAN SYNDROME – First of all if you want a short fat, bald guy with a temper coming to your door looking for nothing but money call this guy. Expect harrasment and poor conversation. His crew if filled with little to no experience men and 70% guatamalans working 60 hours a week at minimum. He try to joke around with you but with all his pending lawsuits its hard for him to be that calm. Mike's Profssional Tree Service – I called Mike's Tree service after hearing the add on the Helen Glover talk radio show. Mike showed up early & gave me an estimate. The deal was sealed with a hand shake & a smile. The next day the crew showed up & began the very large job, greater than ten trees to be removed & trimming of others. Horrible customer service – I would highly recommend not using this company! I called for an estimate and when the crew arrived I advise I only wanted an estimate! they tried to bully me into paying $500 for just showing up. They stayed on my property until I threatend to call the police. They left but said they would bill me. This company should not be in busines!
rude and a bully-STAY AWAY – I talked directly to Mike regarding a trimming he did on a privacy hedge that we share with our neighbor. Not only did they leave the job without completing it but they left an eye sore and debris in my driveway from the trimming. He was absolutely rude and he is a bully. There are much better company's to choose from where you don't have to be bullied and told you are a liar.
