Miles’s Plumbing and Heating provided an excellent service. My tech Kevin previously did work for us and was very professional which is made me call them back. He came out the second time, remembered my parents, had patience with my father’s questions and he clearly explained the issues once it was properly diagnosed. He cleaned up and kept a pleasant demeanor the entire time.
Our experience with Mike’s Plumbing was excellent! The technician, Mike, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue of a persistent toilet leak. Mike clearly explained what may have caused this issue and gave multiple repair options. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home! We never felt pressured, the repairs were done in the same day and we have no more leaks! We truly appreciate the honesty and highly recommend Mike’s Plumbing!
The team at Mike's Plumbing was awesome! They were extremely responsive and called me to let me know when the plumber was coming. Once onsite, Kevin was fantastic! He was reasonable, pleasant, and went through all of my options with me while being realistic about the work that needed to be done. Kevin cleaned up after all of the work he did, finished in a reasonable amount of time, and even placed placards on different water lines to help me identify them better. This was an awesome experience and I'd use them again!
Kevin was very professional and thorough in explaining everything. He was kind and did an excellent job installing our new sump pump, cleaning it out, and cleaning up the area. We would recommend Kevin to fulfill your plumbing needs.
I had an emergency and they sent someone the sane day. Kevin was very friendly and professional. He did work for me before. He took before and after pictures to explain what happened and the fix. He got it all fixed as soon as possible so I could turn back in the water. Kevin also put my machines back in place and turn back on the valve for me. I had to move them to get to the shut off value no easy task.
