Needed a new garbage disposal. They were able to come out the same day within a couple hours of me calling. All the options were clearly explained along with the total costs. A little more than I wanted to spend but happy to do it to avoid the hassle of doing it myself and to have it taken care of right away. Being a long customer of Mike’s Plumbing, we selected them to come out and replace two toilets. They had quoted us prices & options during our annual general inspection in January; And they honored their prices. Chris, with whom we’re familiar, came to the house in just a few days to meet our schedule. He had the two toilets removed when another Mike’s employee arrived with the new toilets. Great experience with Mike’s Plumbing and Heating! We had a toilet that kept clogging after multiple attempts to clear with an auger. Jake, our plumber, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and was clear and concise when explaining the estimate and provided us with several options for how to proceed.
