Jake was fantastic. Honestly can't speak highly enough. We had an issue with our water heater, found Mike's Plumbing on a google search and Jake was at our house within an hour and a half from the call. He came in the door was incredibly respectful, played with our dog for a bit, and checked out the water heater. Turns out the water heater didn't have an issue, but rather just a simple caulk job was needed around a faucet. We were extremely happy with the prompt and outstanding service provided by Mike's Plumbing & Heating to replace our residential hot water heater. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The technician (Mike M) was very friendly & respectful and provided clear & detailed explanations. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was very neat & clean. His workmanship was exceptional! Being long term customers of Mike’s Plumbing - we have always found them to be professional and prompt with their services. Mike's Plumbing was there within a couple hours, the technician Jake was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thorough. Excellent service, very satisfied customer here and will definitely refer them to family and friends.
The drain in my sanitary tub was draining very slowly. I called Mike’s Plumbing and they came out the next day on time. Jake was very professional and gave me different options to try to solve the problem. After we told him which option we wanted to try, he was able to clear the blockage. When he left, the area was as clean as when he got there
