Being long term customers of Mike’s Plumbing - we have always found them to be professional and prompt with their services. Recently we had a gas leak with an unusual cause and Mike, along with Chris, was able to navigate the entire process, coordinate all of the permits and licensing, and complete the job efficiently. Mike’s Plumbing replaced a tub and sub-flooring in my primary bathroom. They arrived promptly, placed down protective cloths to product my flooring. They explained the process and engaged us to explain the particulars of the job. Cleaned up as they went along. Quite pleased with the work! They put in a protective cover for my tub until the tile work is completed. Great job! Highly recommend. Their prices were good compared to a competitor and the quality was excellent!

Being a long customer of Mike’s Plumbing, we selected them to come out and replace two toilets. They had quoted us prices & options during our annual general inspection in January; And they honored their prices. Chris, with whom we’re familiar, came to the house in just a few days to meet our schedule. He had the two toilets removed when another Mike’s employee arrived with the new toilets. Great experience with Mike’s Plumbing and Heating! We had a toilet that kept clogging after multiple attempts to clear with an auger. Jake, our plumber, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and was clear and concise when explaining the estimate and provided us with several options for how to proceed. I have used Mike's Plumbing several times and have always been pleased. I hired them recently to remedy a clogged drain. The service technician was Chris who was polite, knowledgeable and professional beyond expectations. He took the time to explain the problem and offered two remedies at different prices and did not pressure me in any way to choose the more expensive option.
