I needed a new furnace for the AC/ heating unit. My heat was no longer working and I decided to replace the whole unit as was 23 years old. Mike ordered the unit and it was soon after that an appointment was made. Three men showed up on time. The job turned out bigger than anticipated and they were here for over 8 hours. I also mentioned that I smelled propane. They discovered a leak and replaced the pipe. Though, the job was more than anticipated Mike did not raise the agreed on price. I’ve used Mike’s since moving here just over seven years ago. They service my furnace and AC every fall and spring. And they’ve been able to “save” both with repair to each, which has helped keep me from spending thousands of dollars! Monday night my AC went out, I called early Tuesday morning and a technician was here on Wednesday morning by 9am. Thankfully for me, it turned out to be something very minor, a quick fix and he was gone in no time. The past couple of weeks have been awful with something breaking or dying every... read more
