Living in southern Mississippi, the weather is hot and humid. When the AC blower fan on our 20-year-old forced-air system failed, I called Mike's. So glad I did. After inspecting the system they proposed 2 options to remedy the situation. We chose complete replacement of the system. They offered us 2 portable room a/c units at no charge until the job was completed. They kept us informed of progress toward the installation.
