amazing service and honest! I called and two hrs later Hailey came out and cleaned the drain and coil pan and all the water that was accumulating is gone and it works perfect now. Was told by another ac guy a few days earlier the drains don't work well and will need a new unit very soon. Well Hailey fixed the immediate problem and i am very happy. This was at my brothers house and i was in town and decided to do a good deed for him. A few more days and he woukd have had water coming thru the ceiling!!
Trane is a terrible unreliable product as I recently experienced unit only 3 years old failure clearly resulting from poor quality cracked expansion valve as a result I can’t recommend Trane to family and friends my cost should have been absorbed by Trane due to their failure of quality requirements poor poor product Byron skipper the technician was good found the problem quickly I am disappointed that Mike chose to sell Trane which has proven to be unreliable
If I could give 10 stars I so would. Though I did not meet the men that performed the maintenance on the Ac/heat unit their work was most superb. My husband was with them & had the pleasure of meeting them & being with them as they worked. They done exceptionally well inside & outside. We are extremely pleased with the work they done. We were without heat through the storm & had to use space heaters they worked well but not as well as if our central heat would have worked. Very thorough technicians who were patient and professional. Not a hard job but did take some ingenuity to get it done.
