Came out within 2 hours of us calling. Hunter was professional and polite. He explained everything in detail and explained what he would be doing before he began. Great experience.
Bryant was our service technician. He was very professuonal, he explained everything thoroughly, and, most importantly, he got our AC working in no time to get our house back to getting cool.
Our unit went out and Mike's Heating & A/C immediately took care of us. Techs that installed our new unit were professional and did a top notch job. From replacing the frame they had to remove, protecting our floors with covers, to training on how to use the new unit and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend. Job well done!
