A few months ago, Bob determined I needed the spring replaced because my garage door wouldn't open properly. A couple days ago, my garage door popped off the track. Bob stopped by today and recommended I replace all the bearings because my garage door is almost 17 years old. I thought that was reasonable. Both did a wonderful job. I especially appreciate the time they take to educate their client. Thank you Mike's Garage Door Repair!
Bob came on time, very early in the morning and installed a new garage door opener for us. I highly recommend him.
Bob was so tremendous. I called on Tuesday evening about an issue I had with my garage door. He received my call and set an appointment with me for repair the following morning. He arrived on time checked on the garage door and stated where the problem was and what was needed to be done to solve it. My garage door is working again!!!
It was a very enjoyable service provided by Ray and Bob. They arrived on time, assessed my garage door and recommended replacement of the opener unless I want an updated one. They fixed the new opener, lubricated all moving parts and tightened the screws and nuts of the garage door. My garage door is now OK. I couldn't be happier with the service. Many thanks to Ray and Bob!! Highly highly recommend Mike's Garage Door!
Bob and his guys are awesome. The previous garage door company installed the wrong size springs. Bob made sure the door was safe and in working (temporarily) order despite the springs. Today they installed the proper springs quickly and efficiently and at a good price. Trustworthy and dedicated to quality service company.
