Dishonest! They took my friend 1,100$ to move, mind you.. she 60 on disability and alone .. they took her money finished half the job which the dis a walk through estimate for so they knew what the job was worth. Took the 1,100 did HALF the job.. IF that and then didn't finish. When my friend called them they said they needed another 600$ to complete the job.. Discusting horrible Scammers. Do not ever use this company they are the absolute worst and they lie. Ordered a stove through Samsung, they were supposed to haul away the old appliance. Lied to my tenants saying someone would be back to pick up the appliance because they didn't have the right vehicle. No one ever showed back up, when I called they told me it was because bugs. Called my tenants in a panic, only to get picture and video proof the stove had nothing in it. Just lazy and untruthful employees who didn't want to carry the unit from the third flo... read more
This is the absolute worst install company I've ever used. They managed to improperly install my dishwasher 3 times. This is the company that Samsung sent to my home on all 3 occasions. The last time the owner came and made adjustments and after the unit didn't work. Now I'm in a battle with Samsung because I refuse to let this company back into my home to do further damage.
