Great customer service I love using Mike's to clean our carpets. They are very pleasant, do a great job, and always on time. They always go beyond normal cleaning to do a high quality job. I'll use them every time.
Great Job!! Great job, got up problem stains and wax candle drippings. Cost almost $100 less than the franchise outfits. Owner / Operators always do a better job than workers that punch a time clock.

He did a great job and my carpet never looked so good! His rates are reasonable and I will recommend him to friends and family. I will call Mike again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Don't Trust Mike Okay, they cleaned the carpet great BUT...Mike said he never received our first check, so we issued another one sent USPS with Confirmation and he insisted USPS said it was lost. I checked with USPS and it stated it was in Portland (lie #1). So we stopped payment on check #1 & check#2 and informed Mike and issued a third check sent via FedEx. Then we just heard that he took check#2 to ACE Cash Express and cashed that too (lie# 2 and forgery). We are pursuing legal actions against him immediately.
Water Damage Portland OR have to say they are THE BEST!! I have had my carpets cleaned by Mike's Carpet Cleaning and they are a lot better, and a lot less expensive as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done!! They are even pet friendly, and get the pet accidents out too. WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE!!! I was very impressed with their level of service, and prices! Thank You Mike's Carpet Cleaning so much for an excellent job! In fact schedule me for an every month carpet cleaning!!!
Good Carpet Cleaning-UN-Ethical and UN-Professional Showed up on time, cleaned the carpet and it was great. When we sent payment, he said he never received the check, so we sent another one within 1 week. Then he said THAT check was lost by USPS, he'd called and they said so. We called and it wasn't true, it reached Portland and would be delivered. Every night Mike would call and harass us, yell at us, threaten to sue us or put a lien on our property.
