They didn’t charge us for the diagnosis and gave us very helpful information about our tires and how bad of condition they were in and why our vehicle was shaking. Sent us right over to get replacements! Wonderful services and got us in same day. No complaints! Wonderful people.

I am the one a few years ago with the Black Grand Prix with a high tech engine that kept on blowing heater cores, after the third one with all six spark plugs and wires relaplaced, it still messed up, I sold the car to a kid who knew about cars and he told me the front three were brand new wores and plugs, the back three were dirty as hell and not replaced wires, so I paid for these six and only half the job, with that, I got ripped off in labor costs along with three plugs and three plug wires

We purchased motorcraft batteries from Mikes 2 years ago and one recently failed while in FL. Mike made countless phone calls and emails to facilitate warranty service for us through a local and uncooperative ford dealership. Thank you Mike for above and beyond service!
