I can’t say enough good things about Mike’s Brake and Front End—this place absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I walked in, Mike the owner made me feel taken care of and never pressured. Kaitlyn was also so friendly and helpful, and she kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish which I appreciate more than I could say. Dave, one of the mechanics, was fantastic too. This was hands down the most disturbing and unprofessional business experience I’ve ever had. I brought my vehicle to this shop expecting routine service and instead walked into what felt like absolute chaos. When I returned with my family to pick up the car, we were met with someone screaming racial slurs from inside the office. Let that sink in. In front of customers. In front of families.
