Took my step sons BMW to be repaired on a Wed. He is a college student and relies in his car to get to class. Mike told us that the part would be in the next day and that they would have the car done by Ni later than Friday. We have tried to call the shop sevetal times to check the progress and no one answers the phone and unable to leave a message. when we are lucly enough to have someone answer we ask to speak to Mike and he has never been in the shop. have asked that they tell Mike to call us and NOT ONCE has he returned ... read more

My son had finished his summer term at Alabama and was getting ready to come home to Florence, 125 mikes away when his truck broke down. We called them on Friday and it was back on the road Saturday. They were extremely busy but still got to his truck and made this Mom’s heart feel so much better. They went above and beyond and were so nice. Thank you to Blake and all the staff there! Wonderful customer service!!!
We were in Tuscaloosa visiting and had numerous issues with our car. They diagnosed quickly, got Napa to bring parts shortly after closing, then stayed late themselves to get us back on the road. They went incredibly above and beyond. They offered us the service truck to drive until repairs were complete. The owner himself offered to drive across town, in pouring rain, nd let us use his personal car until ours was ready. I own and operate a business myself, and tonight I found a business worthy of using as a model.
Terrible service! Had my daughter in laws car towed to our mechanic after a week of calling and trying to talk to Mike! My mechanic had it was running that afternoon! Mike’s mechanic initially told us radiator busted and motor blew up! All said and done it was diesel fuel had got put in tank by mistake! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AUTO SERVICE! None of the things Mike’s told me were wrong with her car!

Everyone was very professional when my starter went out. The price was very reasonal. I received my car back in the time frame that I was told.
