Replaced the windshield on my moms car. Now the remote car starter does not work. This place claims NO RESPONSIBILY for it. Bottom line is...IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TEARING APART...THEN DON'T TEAR IT APART! BAD BUSINESS! Giving her a name of shop that will fix YOUR MESS is not the way to FIX IT! I had the rear window in a 2012 Grand Caravan replaced today. Employee Eber arrived a few minutes early to the appointment. He performed his responsibilities with great professionalism and efficiency. He cleaned up the site perfectly and provided clear next steps until the repair is fully cured. If you want to waste your time....make an appointment with these guys. They have very friendly schedulers on the phone but NO RESPECT for your time. I made an appointment to have my RV glass repaired...they gave me a 4 hr window when a technician would come (10-2pm)....I waited patiently and NO ONE SHOWED up!!! I called and they assured me a technician would be there in an hour....I waited.....NOTHING!! I called again and they asked if I wanted to RESCHEDULE!! Yes, please....like a SHARP stick in my eye!!

Thank you for your comments Mr Albert. Unfortunately the scheduled technician had unforeseen issues previous to your job, which would have have pushed him out of your 10-2 time frame by 10 minutes.
